Mr. Blaner is responsible for the overall operation
of the ACBA, ACBF, and ACBA Services Inc. He is responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with the legal community that the bar serves, including the judicial community. He directs ACBA activities and plans for future growth. He also oversees the financial condition of the organizations.

Ms. Ewart handles all HR functions, including benefits, organizational design, updating policies, maintaining the HR computer database, recruitment and retention, and discipline and discharge. The position also handles all facilities functions and oversees department operations for the ACBA, ACBF, and ACBA Services, Inc.

Ms. Albert is responsible for overseeing, managing, and administering the daily operations of the foundation and its fundraising activities, which include the endowment, Attorneys Against Hunger and dues check-off campaigns, and the Fellows, loans and scholarships, LRAP, and grants programs. She is also responsible for the Zittrian Forums speaker series and the annual golf tournament. Duties include strategic planning and marketing and implementation
of long-range fundraising goals.

Ms. Rhodes assists with coordinating the golf tournament, Fellows campaign, Attorneys Against Hunger campaign, endowment campaign, and dues check-off campaign. Additionally, Ms. Rhodes oversees preparation of the foundation's annual report and has various pro bono duties.

Ms. Griffin develops, manages, and monitors pro bono initiatives focusing on legal services to underprivileged residents in Allegheny County. She is responsible for developing educational programs and materials for volunteer attorneys, law school students, paralegals, and the general public, as well as for recruiting and recognizing volunteers, and promoting pro bono initiatives to the bar and members
of the community.

Ms. Hughes is responsible for overseeing the Divorce Law Project, which provides legal assistance in obtaining simple, no-fault divorces to low-income residents in Allegheny County.

Ms. Grainy oversees the day-to-day operations of the Juvenile Court Project, which provides legal representation to over 2,500 low-income clients annually in dependency and termination of parental rights proceedings. The Juvenile Court Project has a staff of 14 attorneys and eight support staff.
