In 2010, the ACBA Environmental Law Section established the Environmental Law Section Scholarship Fund as a Named Fund under the Bar Foundation. Continuing with the Section’s tradition of awarding scholarships to deserving law students, the Fund will provide two annual scholarships to students at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the Duquesne University School of Law who have demonstrated an interest in environmental law.
The Section’s first fundraiser, held on June 10, 2010 on the Riverquest, raised over $5,000 for the Scholarship Fund.
