Make an impact

We are pleased to announce the beginning of this year's Make an Impact Dues Check-off Campaign. The ACBF is the only foundation in Allegheny County that is devoted to balancing justice in the community and enhancing the public's knowledge of the law. During this past year, we have been able to increase our reach to the community by providing more pro bono legal services and legal-aid provider grants than ever before.

The Foundation has significantly increased its outreach to attorneys, legal aid providers, and low-income residents of Allegheny County through pro bono, grants, scholarships, loans, and educational programs. Visit our new website at www.acbf.org and read more by clicking here.

Your support is more important now than ever, as we are experiencing substantial grant cuts this year and are in jeopardy of cutting back or losing some of our most valuable programs to the community that fall under our unrestricted fund, including our pro bono services and the Divorce Law Project.

This is the foundation's only annual fundraising campaign to help raise money to support its unrestricted fund. Your donation will help us continue these efforts and enable us to develop new and innovative ways to meet the pro bono and educational needs of the bar and our community.

Please consider giving a minimum tax-deductible gift of $50 by one of these three easy ways:

  • 1. Through the Dues check-off on the ACBA Dues Statement
  • 2. By credit card at our secure online site by clicking here.
  • 3. Print this form and send it with a check made payable to the Allegheny County Bar Foundation to:
ACBF, 400 Koppers Building, 436 Seventh Ave., Pittsburgh, Pa. 15219.

A gift in any amount will help us make a strong and positive impact in Allegheny County. Thank you for supporting the foundation's efforts.
