Richard S. Wiedman
An attorney for more than 35 years, Richard S. Wiedman has focused his practice on environmental business counseling and litigation since 1980. Currently at Eckert Seamans, Wiedman serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and chairs the firm’s Budget Finance and Collections Committee.
Wiedman represents clients before federal and state agencies, counsels clients on regulatory compliance issues and advises on environmental considerations in a wide variety of business transactions. Additionally, Wiedman is heavily involved in the negotiation and prosecution of environmental permit and regulatory challenges, the defense of environmental enforcement actions and the representation of clients in a wide array of other environmental-related legal matters.
Wiedman, is a 1977 graduate of Tufts University and a 1980 graduate of the Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
