Eligibility Requirements:
- Ages 60 and up
- Services prioritized for those with greatest need and fewest resources
Attorneys will draft the following life planning documents:
- Simple Will
- Financial Power of Attorney
- Healthcare Power of Attorney
- Living Will
These are documents of great importance to your future and enable you to make the legal decisions that will affect your life!

You must apply by May 23. Space is limited.
