Who is eligible for services?
- Misdemeanor or felony conviction in Pennsylvania
- Live in or have a criminal record in Allegheny County
- Income is very low
- At least 3 years have passed since you finished your sentence
- No pending charges
- No convictions for sex offenses or serious violence, ever
- Fines, costs, and restitution completely or mostly paid off
- Other eligibility requirements may apply
